The Ontario government has a Second Career program that offers financial support to retrain for in-demand jobs for those who qualify. On today’s show we talk with David Shumaker, an employment counsellor at The Working Centre in Kitchener, where he coaches program applicants through the process. We look at how Second Career works and provide advice on how to manage debt while you are retraining.
